All guests should be aware of the following policies:
Age policy: Adults Only, 21 years or older to confirm booking

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere in the building, inclusive of guest rooms and common areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the site property. Non-compliance to this policy will result in guests being asked to leave and an additional service fee of $500 will be applied. Smoking Cannabis is prohibited anywhere on the grounds.
Spa Tub/Swimming Pool: Open hours 7AM to 9PM. Guests are free to use the Spa Tub and Swimming Pool at their own risk during open hours. Posted rules of the Spa Tub/Swimming Pool must be followed. Guests are responsible for their own safety; a lifeguard will not be on duty.
Security: For the safety and security of guests, all public areas are monitored by video surveillance.
Animal policy: Pets or other animals are not permitted.
Payment policy: Contactless payments via the payment gateway is possible online. A deposit of $100 will be required on booking. Visa, Mastercard, and Debit accepted.
Cancellation policy: 3 days notice required for cancellation. With less than 3 days notice, 1 night charge will be applied for cancellations of 4 nights or less, 2 night charge for cancellation of 5 nights or more. No shows will be charged the full room reservation fee.
